Hi everyone,
I listed an app in shopify and received the email feedback to fix some things. This email was sent 2 months ago and I forgot to reply it. I have fixed all the issues but my app listing status now is pause. How can I re-submit my app for approval again? Should I reply the mail now. Thank you!

  1. Reply to the Email: Respond to the original email thread, apologize for the delay, confirm you've fixed all issues, and request a re-review.

  2. Check Partner Dashboard: Log in, go to Apps > [Your App] > App Submission, and resubmit if the option is available.

  3. Follow Up: If no response in 5–7 days, politely follow up on the same thread.
