Logo list rotate/slide on Debut theme

I am trying to make my logo list rotate/slide on my website. Currently it is just a list of logos that are static, but I want the logo list to move across the page and keep rotating. I have a debut theme. Does anyone know how to do this? Can I do this through inputting code, or is it more complex than that?

Hi @FuzzySprout 👋 it's more complex than that if you don't already know enough web development to use a javascript slider library.

It's either an advanced theme customization , use a different theme that has the feature, or apps.
