Logo, menu, search and cart symbols change colour on scroll

Hi,

I am currently using dawn theme.

On my home page, the logo, hamburger menu and cart and search symbols overlap my image banner until scrolling.

I would like them to all be white and turn black on scroll. I know how to make them all white but it is the turning black on scroll I need help with please.

I would only like this to happen on the home page and for all other pages I would like them to remain black and not change on scroll.

Is this possible?
