Hello,
Has this been resolved? I have the same issue and I have tried everything to get my logo to show on the top instead of my store name, but I just can't get it to work! I have attached a screenshot and highlight the area I where want my store logo to show.
Can anyone assist??
Thanks

If that's the case it would be nice to post their solution back here. In the meantime, I'll bug them directly...
Don't bother contacting support. After nearly an hour, their solution was to pay a developer to customize my site.
Hi there!
First, go to `/templates/gift_card.liquid` and add an `img` tag with your logo in it in the `header`
Second, adjust the styles in `assets/gift-card.scss.liquid`
Hope this helps.
Hi,
i came across your thread while trying to resolve one of my own issues.
My issue is that that Start Shopping Button on my Gift Card page is not working. It goes to a page that says Sorry, this shop is not available.
Can you please guide how to resolve this.
Thanks,
Neshe
Hi there!
It seems, for whatever reason, that the link to your Shop on that button is wrong. The easiest solution I suppose would be to find the 'a' tag in 'templates/gift-card.liquid' and hard code the URL into it.
Hope this helps!
Hi!
Thanks for the reply. I tried nearly everything, but nothing seems to work.
I guess the error is with the 'checkout' template which I can't seem to edit. The 'Start Shopping' button is mapped to "https://checkout.shopify.com/"
Don't know what to do. I need to issue Gift cards to my customers but this is causing so much trouble.
Thanks again for your reply. If you do know how to hardcode the shop URL in to the file, please guide me.
@neshe I'm not sure if you solved this already, but this only happens in the preview of a gift card page. If you issue a gift card to yourself it will take you to the right place. This goes to the costumers too, but as store owners we never get to see that page unless it's directed to us.
Hi,
could you please post an example of where and how to add the image tag? Helpful would be something like this, which helped me to exchange the image of the gift card https://shopify.dev/tutorials/customize-theme-personalize-gift-cards?shpxid=8721eea4-0809-475B-D2EB-... :
Thank you!
Hi,
go to : Shopify -> Online store -> Themes -> Action -> Edit Code -> Templates -> gift_card.liquid and add the link to your logo (in orange) before or after the {{ shop.name }}. "YOUR URL LINK" = your image link, and choose the size of your logo with the "style" attribut. Nothing more needed.
Bye
We have the same problem, could somebody help or provide the code that needs to be used?
Just go in "settings" - > files - > look for the image you want and there is a button to copy the URL.
If you do not find the image you want you need to had it. For that there is bench of subject in the community.
Thanks for sharing this, I found the solution to my problem. I loved the stamp that I have created so I didn't want to give up when I couldn't add it. I usually don't like to create things by myself, but this time it was an exception, because I found this site https://mystampready.com/en/constructor/ that it is so easy to use and simple that I wanted to make many others. Now my gifts cards give a vintage vibe which I love.
