Logo Quality = poor

Hi,

What is the reason for the quality of my logo appearing poorly? I have tried multiple sizes, JPG/PNG and the image itself is crisp and clean. But when I drop it into the header, it seems to lose its quality.

Really bugging me...

Any advice?
