Please go to Actions > Edit code > Assets > base.css file and paste this at the bottom of the file:

.header__heading-logo {
    width: 250px;
}

Step 1: Go to Shopify Admin -> Online Store ->Theme -> Edit code

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Insert this code above </head> tag:

<style>
.header__heading-logo-wrapper {
    scale: 1.2;
}
</style>

I have reviewed your requirement, you just need to edit css script and the issue will be resolved.  You can follow my instructions! 

Step 1: Go to Admin -> Online store -> Theme > Edit code:

Step 2: Search for the file base.css. And add this code snippet to the end of the file.

img.header__heading-logo.motion-reduce {
    scale: 1.5 !important;
}

I see your logo image have size: width 180px, height 127px 

So this step, you can change the value of attribute "scale" to increase the size of logo.

Step 3: Save and reload home page.
