Just looking for some feedback on my first one product store. Wondering is there anything that I could add or improve on.

It's my hounour that I can give advice to your store DecoDivine!
Honestly, your store has a very pleasing interface and the theme color also matches the brand. In general, when visitors come here, they can know what you sell and know what your brand looks like.
However, I have some comments as follows:
1. The image and video quality of this page has not been optimized, the quality is quite poor, making the user experience not optimal. You can see some example screenshots of your product pages.

2. Some areas of text content design are not appropriate and professional. For example, in the following screenshot, you should make the text larger and remove the bullet points. Instead, you can replace them with icons like , , ... depending on your appropriate content.

3. In addition, I don't understand your intention to put the quote line here, but the font is too small and difficult to see. You should shorten the quote and make it more prominent by bolding it and enlarging it a bit to make it easier for customers to see your brand's message.

Besides, I noticed the "vistor counter notification" in your product page. However, it is not outstanding and the content needs to be customized more beautifully to help viewers trust and attract more pop-ups. I recommend you can try installing SnapNoti FOMO Visitor Counter to add all-in-one notifications to build trust for your store including:
EXIT TAB ANIMATION: "Come back! We miss you" to reduce cart abandonment
GAMIFICATON BOX: "20OFF" coupon code on product page to convert

Your website currently only has a homepage. The category and product pages are not yet visible. Are you currently selling only one product? I suggest you complete the remaining pages soon and add more products to attract more customers.

1. Improving the speed and performance on Mobile

 

 

  • I checked your website performance on PageSpeed Insights - a Google tool that measures the website performance and found that scores on mobile, where a high number of the traffic is coming from, is around 5x - pretty low while the performance score on mobile should ideally be above 6x.

  • Slow loading speeds affect various aspects related to user behavior and business outcomes, ultimately leading to lower conversion rates. Here is some suggestion:
  • For Shopify stores, the following are several factors that impact website performance
    • Store theme
    • The apps installed
    • Any additional third-party code you’ve manually added to your store, including tag managers and the tags within them
  • Here are some tips that you can use to improve your site performance:

  • At some point, the video quality is not good on both mobile and desktop. Please check and fix it. Make sure videos and images display well to enhance user experience.
