Main Menu Items Not Linking to Assigned Collection Pages (Desktop & Mobile) (Trade Theme)

Issue: Main Menu items on my website will not link to shelf upon click. They are setup to go to the Main page for each department. I believe it is because it is currently required to click to open the mega-menu options. How can I solve this? Same thing happens on mobile where there is no way to click to the main shelf. (I am using Trade Theme)
