Make a blog post visible in multiple blogs - Dawn Theme

I am trying to create a page that will display every blog post with a menu at the top that will navigate to each individual blog that has been specifically categorized to my needs.  I have attempted to use several different customized codes to achieve this by creating a page template and i have not been able to get the custom templates to show in the template menu on the page creation menu. Thank you in advance for any information and guidance.

Hi, 

If you created this template file on live theme ( current theme) as well. Content of this template doesn't need to likethe  file on develop theme. Just need create file name as on dev theme.

This can be done through blog tags. Refer https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-admin/productivity-tools/using-tags
