Make a single Image with text section smaller

Hello, I have two image with text sections next to eachother and they both have an image, but due to the layout it has made one of the sections significantly bigger. Is it possible to make the section smaller so the images are the same size.

That is small already. I wanted smaller, but I just decided to take out that section.
