I just transferred thousand products into shopify from another site. The product page displays images with different sizes. In the past few hours, I tried to edit code by using various methods found online. While others say the code fixed their problem, it didn't fix mine. I did clear the cache. Please help. I am using Dawn 15.0 version.
Thank you.
Hi @hawkridgefc 👋 editing the images themselves to be consistent sizes and aspect-ratios is generally the most reliable method to handle this.
Especially if the store is multi-channel as otherwise a theme can be customized but then on social media, or third party marketplaces the images will still all be inconsistent.
With theme customizations tall or wide images will typically ALL get the lower and side parts cropped.
