Make announcement bar and header to be no space between them on DESKTOP ONLY

Try this one. 

1. From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on "Online Store" and then "Themes".
2. Find the theme that you want to edit and click on "Actions" and then "Edit code".
3. In the "Assets" folder, click on "base.css, style.css or theme.css" file, depending on which file your theme uses to store its CSS styles. At the bottom of the file, add the following CSS code:

    margin-top: 0;
}

• And Save.

I saw base. and inserted it but still the same. I did not see style.css or theme.css. I am using the Dawn theme if that is helpful

If it’s not working, try pasting it into Custom.css in the Theme editor. Click on the banner, and you'll see Custom.css on the right.
