Make customer accounts that display customer portal

So basically what I want to do is create a complete customer experience where customers can manage their accounts from one location (i.e. rewards program, manage membership, manage payment methods, address updates, favorites, saved items). Basically enhance the customer experience. Is there any way to link the current apps I have to the customer accounts on shopify? Or will I need a separate app for that?

This would either require not a small amount of custom development, or an app. I can recommend CustomerHub. They're one of our partner apps, and they integrate with our Customer Fields app (and many other apps like ReCharge, etc) for a more seamless account page that has everything ready for customer to manage all of their accounts from that page. I highly recommend checking it out. 👍
