Make email form and footer menu side by side in Dawn Theme

I'm having trouble aligning the footer menu and email form beside each other in the dawn theme. Currently it is stacked on top of each other because they are in separate sections but would want them like the photo (green). Thank you!!!

@brendatrinh  can you please share this page link? since both are in separate sections, you may need to edit footer code to place both in the same section

@brendatrinh  - as you can see in these screenshots, both are separate sections, hence you will need to edit the code to get both in same section to apply css to it
