Make mobile landing page image display the same as my old website (images attached)

I've attached two photos from my old website landing page. The first is desktop and the second is mobile. You will notice that the image displays the same.

How can I do that on my Shopify site as well. Have that opening page image display the same on mobile as it does on desktop? I am using craft theme.

The last two images are what it looks like now on Shopify.
