Make Multirow show 2 columns on mobile?

Hi

I am using Dawn theme - is it possible to change Multirow to show 2 columns on mobile instead of 1?

I am comfortable with making adjustments to the code as necessary

It has option to select number of column to show on mobile in customize

That's multicolumn unfortunately - I need multirow. But thank you

Thank you for this tutorial! However it doesn't seem to be working correctly on my site. www.ventunovino.com - I tried plugging in all the code, the pop up comes up when I go to customize the site on the backend but doesn't show up in actual website and I can't edit my theme at all because the pop up will not disappear even after I press enter. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
