Make products in product grid smaller/more on a row - Blockshop theme

hi there.

I am using blockshop theme and I am trying to put more products on the product row (I would like 4). For some reason, when I move the slider it doesnt change the number on each row. I am not sure if this is shopify or the theme, but the images are really large. Too large. I can send some pictures

On a separate but related note - how do I get in touch with the theme developers in the future?
