Make Quantity Selector and Add to Cart button in-line

Hi,

I am using the Toyo Theme.

I am trying to make my Quantity Selector button and the Add To Cart button in-line with the Quantity Selector button being the smaller of the two.

I have tried multiple solutions on various posts but none seem to be working for this theme. If someone could help me with this, I'll really appreciate it.
