Make "Link to Vendor" Direct to a Collection

On my current Pipeline theme, I have "Link to Vendor" checked off for all product pages. However, when you click on the vendor name, it directs you to a randomized page by that vendor, and not the pre-sorted collection that I've created for each vendor page. Screenshots below

 

I want to change that link to direct customers back to the sorted collection page when they hit the vendor name. Not sure how to do this! Does anyone have ideas? Here is my store link: https://www.peridotfinejewelry.com/

If I get you right, you have a collection named vendor and you want your customers directed to it when they click on link to vendor?

Sort of - so when someone goes to a product, they can click on the vendor name to get out of the product page. Circled in red below:

That button takes them to a random assortment of the vendor products. I want it to take them to a specific collection instead. Does that make sense?
