Make reviews clickable on product page - scroll down automatically (Modular theme)

Hi there,

I am using Shopify reviews and now I noticed that the stars including the text beside are not clickable.

I would like to make them clickable and implemate an autoatically scroll down to the review box.

Like on Amazon.

This should work on mobile and desktop version.
