Making looks like review

Hello, I am using Craft Theme.
How do i make this one looks like a review from Customer.
Any suggestion app to use?
I have already added reviews using Vital, product reviews.

If you can share more on the reason to do this then maybe we can provide more useful input, since you are already using review apps and display reviews on the product page?
