manual sort not working

I am currently trying to reorder my products and the manual sort does not work. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. I want the jumper to be displayed first and then the jogger.

I am using the spotlight theme.

Hi, You can go to customize to arrange the sections as you wish.

Thank you but this is not what i meant. I was talking about the manual sort on the home page and then collections. I manually change the order of my products but it still doesn't change on the website
