Why does my client's Minimal Fashion website only allow double spacing?

A website I have for one of my clients has single spacing available in the text area but a more recent client website is double spacing only.  The earlier website for Minimal Fashion works fine but the more recent website for Minimal Fashion only goes with the double space.  Is there a bug in the latest version?
