Match Mobile customizations to Desktop and Fullscreen layout

On desktop and fullscreen, how do I make it look like mobiles layout? The drop down menu is spread out instead of in a burger lined menu that clicks open to a side bar menu. And the collections displayed at the bottom are all vertical columns down the website instead of in a horizontal carousel to slide through.
