Media grid not appearing on the main page

Hello everyone, I've got an issue where on the customization settings i've got some menus displayed like the media grid or the countdown timer, but (after saving) they're not appearing on the main page like you normally would.

If someone could lend us a hand and guide us in the right direction, it would be much apreciated.
