Mega Menu Aesthetic

Hi,

I don't like the way my mega menu looks on desktop. It looks overcrowded and unclear. Anybody know how I can make it appear tidier? I think one issue is the lack of line spacing.  Another issue is I want fewer links per column (3 perhaps) but the minimum appears to be 4. Not sure how to make it look neater otherwise.
