mega menu design and look

can i have some help on how to make my mega menus look better, stand out more, make it easy for customers to pick what they require

the navigation i have now setup is very easy to navigate to the page a customer wants, but i feel the look isnt so good

for the design i dont have a example of what i would like it to look like, i have seen many and they all look better than mine currently, so i would like some advice on how to make mine look better
