I just checked the sample store and found that it is using the Polene theme. However, this theme is not available on the Shopify Theme Store, which means it is a custom theme from a third-party provider.

You can try searching for this theme online or choose a theme from the Shopify Theme Store and then hire a developer to customize it to your need
