Mega Menu Show All Main Menu Collections

Hi there, I have a mega menu implemented on my site (www.shopbaileybee.com), but the mega is only showing one main menu collection drop down at a time. I'd like for all of them to show at once. Ideally with a separator bar between them. Assistance?

I have not. I moved back to dropdown menu whilst waiting as this is a very important time of the year for online shopping

So, here is the issue:

Looking for Candles, Scentables, Bath + Body, etc. to all show in the mega menu.

@shopbaileybee - did you add mega manu app externally or it was with the theme?

It was within my theme, Sense.

@shopbaileybee - please check customize settings, if it is default with theme then they must have given options to configure this mega menu to add content to it

I'm not seeing anywhere where this is possible.
