Menu on mobile

Hi there,

I am new to Shopify and have built my store but when I switch from desktop to mobile the three lines that should serves as menu option in the top left corner don't display the menu options, it's completely blank.

If there a way to correct this, desktop it appears fine as Home, Shop.

Please help!

What theme are you using? You might have a separate menu selection specifically for mobile, did you check your Header section settings inside your theme's customizer?
