Metafields page in text block

Is there a way to have a page view(short description) in a text block on the product page for Dawn? I need formatting where I can use bold and italics for a summary. normal text line doesn't seem to be able to customize for each product.

Hi @xnyjyh ,

To italicize use <i> at the beginning of the word and then close it with </i> where you want the italics to end. To bold, do the same except use <b> and close with </b>.

Example: <i>Vitellaria paradoxa</i><b> (Shea)</b><i> Nut Butter*</i>

You can create Metafields with type Rich text, then display it on product page, it will display well.

I know this already, but i need to be able to have some bols and sime italic text. How can i with metafields and text block?

wait, i menat there is NO option when selecting connect metafields on product page in them editor to select Rich Text for the text block. Wish it was that simple

Hi @xnyjyh,

You can use 'Multi-line text' type, then add 'Custom Liquid' block and call newly created metafields, it will display fine.

There is no option to call mutli line text or rich text for custom liquid blocks on product page. even when I create new to test in the drop down for metafiels... it wont show when down and refreshed theme editor.
