Minimum Product Quantity

Heya, currently I am trying to figure out how to set the minimum quantity of a singular product through code. I don't believe I chose a theme though. I can't find which tab I need to find the code to change the quantity. Any help would be much appreciated!

Files you have to change is JavaScript, cart liquid, cart-drawer.liquid and main-product.

file name would be differ based on theme.
