Minion theme mobile add text next to sandwich icon

I'd like to add or customize the text next to the mobile sandwich icon. I already have text on the desktop version. Or have it show on mobile.

you just need to customize the theme files

Online Store > Edit Code > Header.liquid file > find the mobile menu button and put text there .

This is what I've found. When I hover over the line highlighted it shows my Menu Text. But how do I make it appear in the mobile version?
