Missing collection bar for showing filters and sort option

Hello guys!
I'm new to Shopify, I'm creating my category page but I'm not able to find the filter and sort option or collection bar that enables the filter option. please help.

Kindly please review the your theme specifications for more details.

If you are using latest 2.0 theme then the filter and sort will appear.
