I need help fixing this issue that's occurring on my website. When I upload images to my desktop header image and mobile image section - heads/bodies are cut off. I read to add code to the custom css but unsure what to enter.
On mobile - cuts off the right and left models
On desktop - cuts off model's head
You are facing this issue because your images do not match your theme’s recommended dimensions
It's either you resize your image to suit the dimension of the container or you adapt to image.
In this case the dimension of the image will be used.
The theme’s recommended dimensions for IRA is 2048x2048 - I resized it to this and it's still cutting off.
Hey I'm not sure you're checking the right dimension for the header container
It's usually a 16:9 aspect ratio not 1:1 like you just shared
So if you really want a solution to your store issue, you can share the site link so I can inspect the code for the parent container,
Hi Vee,
I got it all fixed except now the logo is halfway on and halfway off of the header image (guessing the container is too small?) and I've tried everything before returning back to this convo. Fixing the original problem caused this issue + the header buttons like shop, search, etc to be moved as seen in screenshot. If you can help regarding this quick issue, I can pm you!
Hi Xasadi,
Feel free to send a pm.
