Mobile Bottom Menu

Does anyone know if it is possible to add a bottom menu to the bottom of mobile screens (as shown in the screenshot - link here).

Which theme you are using ?

Just the free Dawn theme. I was hoping for an app similar to this if you know of one?

If you are using the Dawn theme. Shopify 2.0 provides the facility to add a section on every page. You can now add any section to any product page, cart page, or any other page (in the pages section) by selecting the "add section" option from the drop-down menu.  Its content could be like images with text in multi-columns or extra subheadings.

I have found a free app on Shopify's public app store called Pronavi, which allows you to easily add and customize the bottom bar of your Shopify website. If you want to upload images or add more controls, you will need to pay, but the current Free version is more than enough for your purposes.
