Mobile collection list image height trubleshooting

I'm using the latest version of Dawn. In the collection list, we prioritize making the first collection list (with arrow) responsive for mobile, as it currently takes up 90% of the screen height. If making it responsive is not possible, I have added two different types of collection lists. For the first type (with arrow), I would like it hidden on mobile. For the second type, I would like it hidden on desktop.
