Mobile Device Heading size won't change - Spark Theme

Hi! I wanted to edit the font-size for the heading on my slideshow, it is the first section on my website with a picture, heading and followed by a "Shop now" button on my homepage. I managed to edit the font-size (wanted to make it smaller) by editing the minimum font-size available to choose from in my code. However when changing the font-size in the normal editing section it only changes on computer devices, and not for mobile devices, what is wrong and how can I fix this? Using the Spark Theme
