Mobile Footer menu - 2 columns on Spotlight theme help please!

Hi I would really like to adjust the layout of my footer menu to view as 2 columns not one. 
can someone help please ? Thanks so much!

Please follow below steps
Step 1: Go to Online Store -> Theme -> Edit code.
Step 2: Search file base.css
Step 3: Paste the below code at bottom of the file -> Save

@media screen and (max-width: 749px) {
    .footer .footer-block__details-content{column-count: 2;}
}
