How to fix mobile display issues with Dawn theme?

I have just completed setting up my site (I'm a complete novice so its taken me forever!) and I've noticed I have the two following issues when browsing on a mobile.

1. My banner (consists of 3 photos) doesn't display properly and the two sides are cut off so it needs to be smaller on a mobile.

2. My text further down on the home page is too big so it's wrapping mid words and looks terrible?

Can anyone help me with the coding I need to change or add please?
