Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
See image below, and visually you can see I'm trying to get my logo "up" a bit so it's in line with the hamburger menu on the right.
Here's the code I'm using now:
@justink play with the margin-top value under .logo. You can try setting it to 0.

margin-top and also margin-bottom do not seem to be helping.
any other suggestions?…

Well, my shopify store is ChemistryNotes.com, but unfortunately the page I'm talking about is not on Shopify platform.
It's on another platform BUT the code is liquid...
So, without revealing other platform, do you guys know of any way to help me? What else would work? something like "align-middle" or?? (instead of margin-top and/or margin-bottom)
