Mobile - padding between logo/menu and announcement bar

There is a strange padding between the announcementbar and the menu/logo. It's on all the pages. 

Could someone help me with this?

Go to online store ----> themes ----> actions ----> edit code ---->base.css
add this code at the end of the file and save.

@media screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.header-wrapper {
position: relative !important;
}
}

result
