Mobile page has enlarged everything so it doesn't look right.

Hi,

 

i have recently been experimenting with a new theme for our website i am happy with the desktop version but when i clicked on the mobile layout everything has enlarged and is not to scale for a mobile browser how can i get it back to normal?
