Mobile Sticky toolbar always linked to another page

It always linked to https://shopify.com/70808338660/account?locale=en&region_country=US no matter which link i set up in my theme. Can someone help me please?

That is the login link of new customer login method. You can change it from store admin > Settings > Customer accounts

Yes , but when i click home, or collection, it still linked to this. I wonder why

I think is the problem of clicking into the svg because i already linked to my own website
