Mobile version of slideshow text is below instead of over photos

I am editing the homepage of my website, and I have a slideshow at the top (Dawn theme). I have text over the photos in the slideshow on the desktop version, but on mobile, the text is underneath the photos. How can I put the text over the photos in mobile, as it is in desktop?
