Mobile View Different To Customisation

Hello!

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out why the mobile view of my store isn't reflecting the online store customisation view. For example, when I customise my store and have it on mobile view, it shows it it how I want it to look, then when I use my phone, the layout is completely different. On mobile, it shows up with tiny text, the product page is the same layout as desktop so everything it super small. I'm worried it will put off potential customers using their phone that come from social media etc.

Thank you for having a look at this. Based on the 2 images I attached, the first one is showing what the customisation page looks when in edit mode. How do I 'fix' the layout and sizing etc if in the edit mode it looks perfect? There's nothing to change because it's how I want it to look. But then it changes when I'm on my phone. My husband's phone shows the same as mine. 

I hope this makes sense.

Hello @Manuella1 I have checked the website using my Samsung phone but it was cool both on mobile and desktop. So let us know if their is anythings else you need help with.

Thank you so much for taking the time to look into this. Does your phone look like the first image I attached, (which is in the customisation view) or the second image (how it looks on my phone).
If the layout is the same as the first pic, then that's great!
