Modify "Add to Cart" text for different templates

Hi

My store has various products, some of which are "Call to order" which was an easy implementation of an image, looking like a button taking the user to our contact form.

The next challenge I have is a new collection of products that are "Click and collect" only.

I am running the latest Vision 3.0.0 theme on my store.

I've created a product template but I cannot find how to modify the "Add to cart" text ONLY for that template.

Where in the code / schema is this defined please?
