Motion Theme - No Option Available For Clients To Make The Cart Empty!

Greetings!
when someone will add any product to cart. There is no option to make the cart empty until client buys that product and it will not empty even client get out and returns back to website. I have added screenshot. website link is attached please check. I need the alternative to way for the convince for the clients.
