Move Add to Cart button to below price/star rating

I would like my add to cart button to show up below my price/star rating instead of under the description of the product. I am using the Flex theme from Out of the Sandbox.

Is the only way to do this with editing code?

I figured it out. I just needed to hover over my add to cart button and a weird little black icon menu pops up. If I hover over one icon, it says, 'move to previous position'. When I hit that a couple of times, the add to cart button moved to where I wanted it.
