Move burger menu

Hi Everyone,

I would like to move my burger menu on mobile to the centre, below my logo, and hence have the cart icon on the right, and the search icon on the left.

And then for desktop I would like to move my menu from the header at the top, to be a list that is permanently displayed no matter what page of the website you're on.

(PLEASE SEE IMAGES ATTACHED)

I am currently using the dawn theme!

Any help would be much appreciated!
